libticables-dev software package provides Texas Instruments link cables library [development files], you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libticables-dev
libticables-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libticables-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libticables-dev *
You will get with libticables-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
